In some cases cargo cannot be moved in containers. Project cargo is usually bulk or out-of-gauge (OOG) cargo, but some of it can be containerised on standard racks, open tops or flat racks. But not everything is OOG and they can be oversized, meaning they are overweight or overlength. But the point to note is that regardless of the type of container, the cargo must be safely secured and correctly stowed so that the shipment arrives at its destination in the expected condition.
